Convert a Sweater Pattern
1) Find your gauge and the gauge used in the published pattern. 2) Calculate the two conversion factors. 3) Convert the rows and stitches in the published pattern to the rows and stitches you need to knit. This page has a form for each step. Fill out the first form. The second will fill automatically. You can then edit rows and stitches in form three to convert the your pattern.
